Payless is a great place to shop for school, dress, casual and athletic shoes. I returned a pair of shoes that I bought for grand daughter. Had them for a year. Never worn. Had no problem returning them. I did have the receipt.
Oh, and while I was there I bought a pair of sandals. I give customer service a 5 star too.
