Wilson Trucking called me on a Wednesday and told me they deliver my package Friday,....Well I am sure you guessed it they did not. In fact was initially told "I am not sure why they did not go your way. So Sorry. Then it was we can not deliver it till Monday. Now I did not require a signature. Well this turns into a long drawn out story. Their final answer to me was "Oh you are going to really hate this answer....Your package is not even here.
I wish that I could give them a zero! This is the worst customer service. They lied to me about my deliver date more than once. Told me I have to step up an appointment because they can deliver without it. Didn't allow me to coke and pick up my order because they said it was already loaded. Loaded to go where if it can't be delivered until Monday. They lady then in the middle of me explaining to her that didn't make sense to me and why I needed my order just put me on hold without saying anything. Another lady answers (shelia) and says how may I help you I start to tell her n she just puts me on hold again still while I'm explaining! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Not even through third party!
Stay away at all cost, one of their excuses is well we have 60 other customers today....Oh is that suppose to make me feel better. With Unemployment at 9.9% HIRE MORE DRIVERS
