Great customer service, very clean facility and super convenient right off Carmichael Road. If you need an indoor storage facility, this is the place. I've tried other places in town. Never did I feel like they cared if I was there. This place does.
Crystal and Jalon were great! They were very personable and helpful and after driving around town all morning, I was sold on their spaces. Awesome experience!
Michelle made sure that I viewed all of my options and thoroughly understood the contract. The customer service was THE BEST I have had at any store in MGM. As for the accommodations, the place is clean! You do have to buy a specialty lock at this location,but it's worth it!

Nicolette is great! She helped me over a severel hour process of getting my unit. This process that started around 10am included going back and forth to my house to measure furniture, showing me different sized units, and never once pressuring me to buy the larger unit. If you need storage temporarily or long term this is the place for great service and security.
