Dropped off my rented uhaul truck here and the lady was really friendly. She was able to help me out quickly and I was on my was with no trouble.
We were amazed at how kind the folks here were! When we were stranded for a ride, staff member Reggie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us where we needed to be! Coming from Canada, we were definitely a long way from home too. We are absolutely blown away by the service here- thanks again to Reggie. Restored our faith in humanity for sure :)
Friendly people that got us in and out with our truck in under 5 minutes. One gripe i have is that while i was talking to another employee while the manager was finishing some paper work with the person i was with, the manager yelled at the employee for talking with me way too loud. I felt embarassed because I'm hard of hearing, so some times I'll speak loudly without realizing it. Other than that personal issue, great place. Would return to rent another truck.
