Dealing with SAIA was very pleasant. They called two days ahead of scheduled delivery. It was then that we decided their truck was too large to make a delivery at my home, and my package was too heavy for the driver to "hand truck" up our 200+ yard gravel driveway. This is when I decided it would be easiest for me to pick up the package at their hub. I called ahead of time the morning I would make the pickup and they were expecting me and had a forklift ready to load a large box in my vehicle. This was as easy as I could have wanted.
