Great customer services
Terrible customer service I dropped my son brand New white pants off to be starched and creased and No one told me it couldn't be done! So i picked the up looking the same way as bought them in the store. And was told i could not get a refund a waste of my damn 3.99 for nothing!
Please DO NOT go to this cleaner!!! The attitudes of the employees are horrible. I asked a question about the $1.99 amount for a shirt that is advertised on this companies website and in front of their store. The employee answered my question like there was no sign that states $1.99 for shirts. Whoever is the owner of this place needs to get new employees that are customer service oriented. Once the cleaner gets your money, they act like there is no refund because the employees don't like to go through the hassle of giving a refund. MOST HORRIBLE cleaner in Montgomery .......
