Needed a King size comforter washed / dried & due to size unable to do at home. Called & spoke to attendant Holly . Holly explained that I could come & do it myself or pay $20 & they would do it and pick up next day. This was s Sunday afternoon/evening & I really wanted it same day... but due to leg injury felt I'd have to leave it. Holly was extremely helpful, even from the first step... crutches but from the time she opened the door to time she opened it again to help me load back up my clean comforter. She's been working her for several years & she's remarkable when it comes to"Customer Service" that hardly exist anymore. Showed me how to work machine(s) while helping others & doing drop off laundry... ALL with a smile, friendly voice & lots of patience. The place is pretty big with lots of machined of different sizes , laundry buggies & several large tables for folding. Change machine, a TV, Coke/snack machine, chairs , table & magazines & Pac Man game & FREE Wi-Fi.
