This is by far the worst hospital ever they've lost my father belongings and on top of that nobody even knew what room he was in the staff was not helpful and very rude nobody cared or had any sympathy the corporate should reevaluate the staff and find better help .I hope this review reaches someone important because this isn't the place you should come to. The nite crew in the E.R was the worst they are not very knowledgeable period .JUST KEEP DRIVING!!!

Brought my husband in before 9 am for his 10 o'clock surgery. It is 4:35 and he is still holding awaiting surgery. Went to the gift shop and the woman working there never spoke or looked at me. I shopped around for a minute and was the only customer. She disappeared in the back and I left the things I wanted in a pile by the register. Other nurses and staff were friendly and nice, but going on 9 hours of sitting in a waiting room for an outpatient surgery is beyond ridiculous.

Two days ago I was admitted to Jackson Hospital in chronic heart failure my heart was beating only 45 times per minute. The nurse in the ER said I need a pacemaker and then I was going to be kept overnight with no food after midnight do the facts on need surgery. When the cardiologist got there I told her that I already had a cardiologist and it Dr Crawford the best in Montgomery. She continued to tell me that my heart would be okay at 45 beats per minute. In any medical knowledge or even common sense you would know that under 40 your unconscious. As it continued to discharge me I kept going unconscious looking to contact my husband so the nursing staff came in and yelled at me I told her I was doing my best they ended up turning my oxygen off which I am a 24-hour day oxygen user at 3 liters. After she turned off the oxygen my heart went down to 43 beats per minute so I was in and out of consciousness. The nurse came in and yelled at me to stop sleeping in to contact my husband for him to discharge me or else they would throw me on the street. So they threatened to call security. Security came in and told me to gather my things to get out of the hospital I close the curtain to get ready in between getting ready I lost Consciousness again. So he came in with me half-dressed yelled at me to get dressed and get my things together to get out of this Hospital. My husband finally arrived and seeing that I was in very bad condition. As we left the hospital they escorted me outside by security even with my heart still only beating 40 beats per minute. My husband got me home and I was unconscious in her bed for approximately eight hours when I woke up I was still in pretty bad shape. Right now my heart is only reading my heart is only beating 55 beats per minute. My oxygen saturation is that 86. I know now never to go to Jackson Hospital I think they would rather kill their patients vs treat them. I witnessed a gunshot wound because I was sharing a room with him he was in dire need of pain medication it took them 45 minutes to get him treatment. This gentleman was in a bad man he had a nurse as a mother he was robbed at gunpoint protecting his face he was shot in the arm. He kept telling the nurses that he was uncomfortable I did everything I could to make sure that he would come down but even with my support we stayed together in the hospital ER packed wall to wall hallway to hallway they even had to close off taking emergencies due to their overwhelming situation of patience. If they cannot deal with excessive amounts of patience they shouldn't be taking emergency at all. I never actually made it to a room they just move me to another place that just had a curtain around me and a small TV. The IV pole consisted of a command hook that's how ghetto it was. In the past I have been in the hallway listening to the doctors after a gunshot wound with five bullets inside him they threatened to put him under the MRI machine to rip them out of him. This hospital has corrupt Dr but then beautiful Dr that have great bedside manners and know how to treat patients. I would never recommend this hospital to a dying dog. Some of the stuff was wonderful especially the night crew but the next morning crew should be fired kicking someone out of the hospital with that low-grade of a heartbeat is easily ready to have a heart attack I am 33 years old and I do not want to die. I hope this review helps you.

The nurses and staff are very professional. They showed a genuine concern for my husbands health and me, as his spouse. We are frequent visitors due to my husband's health. The atmosphere is always pleasant and friendly.

The hospital staff is amazing however they don't have the cafeteria open on the weekends even though there are still patients and family and staff that need to eat I think that is completely wrong and kind of mean you have to make your family members leave their loved ones to drive down the road to get a fast food unhealthy meal instead of keeping your Cafeteria open
