Now when I am looking at my credit report. It drained down.
What they did instead of correcting, they kept sending to the credit bureau, now I lost all my credit. Thank you very much. Never going back to this hospital.
I wouldn't recommend anybody with sickle cell to go to this hospital, they have no idea how to treat a crisis. Went there the other night with my girlfriend while she was having a crisis and they just left her sitting in a bed for two hours while she just got worst, we eventually had to go to Baptist south to get proper treatment.
Once again I call and call and try to make them to correct it again.
Hold on ,.....you are not going there,.....,still you will have to pay for it....
Now after 2-3 month I am getting another bill of the same person getting admitted to this hospital under my name and my SSN.
Prompt medical attention! Very friendly ER Dr and staff the nurse was very pleasant and attentive to my husbands needs!!!
The doctors and service staff are great. However the nursing staff leaves much to be desired. They were slow to respond when we needed help and acted as if my Mom was unimportant.
I was getting someone else bill. I called the billing department millions of time so they can change a name and send those bill to correct person. After calling them for about 2-3 month. Finally it got clear.
Just be warned...when your doctor is done with you and the hospital bills you, and the insurance doesn't pay it all and you have to make payments to the hospital, they will make an agreement to accept payment and then immediately send you to a collection agency regardless of the fact that you've paid the amount you agreed to send every month and have even been early. Pretty sucky policy if you ask me.
