They have workers walking All around , but none of them seem to be able to help! Sat at hardware dept. Desk listening for 15 min to the intercom to send help but NO ONE CAME! Not even when I called Lowes from inside their building!
Bad place to deliver to. Staff over worked, room for 1 truck at a time and often 5 trucks there delivering.
Will never step foot in that store again!! Awful customer service!! Loaded up about $300.00 worth of wood and needed ONE piece cut. Had several reps come by and either said they would get someone or didn't pay any attention at all. Heard the announcement for someone to assist. Needless to say after being there for 50 minutes (30 minutes waiting on someone to cut wood) I walked out pissed off with nothing!! Went to Home Depot, loaded up the exact same wood, got my piece cut and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Not the first time I had a dilemma there but definitely my last!! Wish I could do a negative star! Thank goodness for The Home Depot!!!
This is the worst, most unorganized appliance center i have ever visited. Very bad experience. If they were the last place on this earth to buy an appliance, i would rather do without .
Love Lowes, but this one in particular doesn't have the best customer service like most places!!! Cashier wouldn't go back(before paying) to insert my phone number for MyLowes on a 2 item purchase; told me it was 'to far into the transaction'; even though my credit card had not yet been swiped! I shop at a different Lowe's 3x a week, I pretty much know the procedure and know that it can be done! Will definitely shop 2 doors up at 'the H depot' when in this area working from now on!
