I’ve been here twice and that was 2x too many. First time was to get my eyebrows done. I told the person at the brow bar I don’t like thin eyebrows... i left with pencil thin eyebrows. Not only that but this person had no regard for comfort of the client. This person pressed on my eyebrows so hard I thought my eyes would pop out and then ripped the wax off with great intensity. Never going back for brows.
This place obviously does not care about their customers.
They have been so wonderful to me there. I had gastric sleeve surgery and they help me find skin product for me and at 60 plus weight loss I needed help. The salon staff is the bomb love Monica. The manager is the greatest will take the time to stop and listen to your needs. Thanks you guys for everything.
Then I made a hair appointment online. I made the earliest appointment I could because I had a busy day ahead. The appointment was for 9 so I arrived at 850. I was told the stylist wouldn’t be in until 915... okay, so why allow me to book 9? Whatever, I’ll wait. 950 rolls around, I’ve been waiting for an hour and still no stylist.
The corporate policy is to find EVERY excuse in the book not to honor the coupon. Essentially, they send you a coupon in the mail and then EXCLUDE every product from being discounted by coupon. The workers lack knowledge about stock issues, discount issues, or incentive programs.
I go here to get my hair done. Monica is excellent at color and cut. I got a blonde ombre and layers from her and both times turned out great! It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for 90% of the time. They have different cashiers everytime I go in. The first experience was okay with the cashiers, but this 2nd time I found them to be rude. The older lady in front of me was talking about how she's on a budget and box dyes her hair and was upset how it don't hold color well. She was buying another box dye to freshen up her color and I thought it looked pretty on her. The cashier told her she needs to go sit in the salon chair and get a REAL service. I found that rude how she publicly shamed that poor lady and called her out in front of people. Then when I got to my turn to check out, she tried shaming me too because I wouldn't sign up for a credit card . I don't need a credit card because I have too many and don't go to ulta a lot. Hair service is great, employees not so much. I will go back when needed but just don't take it to heart if they hurt your feelings in any way. Your all beautiful no matter what you do to your hair or face! :)
The staff is good and very customer oriented. Most of them seem to be well versed in the products that are sold there.
