Bad experience with these people. They will snatch on your hair and won't apologize. Also, if you set an appointment for certain time, be sure to arrive three hours before the expected time. They will choose others who are walk ins before you.

Never again will I come to Kollos hair braiding...first of all the shop was suppose to open @ 9 and was10 minutes late..ok I'll give you a pass on that because you started my hair right away..but then an hour into doing my hair you say you gotta stop because you have an appt to do crochet braids but the client was an hour late..umm what the hell does that have to do with me. And now sitting here not getting my hair done and the crochet braids will take 2 hours when I will already giving be here all day getting box braids..last time i checked i had appointment as well and was on time..i wouldn't recommend them to anyone...not even a dog.
Charged a reasonable amount, was quick, did a great job, plus i was a walk in. I even gave them a tip which is rare because most people don't deserve one but anyways i will definitely come here again!
I had twist done at kollos the person that did the outside edges of my hair did a good job but the person who did the back and center of my hair had my twist 3xs bigger than the edges and she started it off with a braid it looked horrible and unprofessional for $210 dollars I called Kollo she said come back they would redo them when I got there she was not there and the lady who did them would not redo them I do not recommend this place of business but if u do go make sure your whole head is done right its too much money to waste on a botched up hairstyle. My experience was so bad I wanted to give 0 stars.
They take forever to get to there clients, there very playful, they braid slow, this place should be shut down 5 thumbs down for me
