I purchased hair from her 3 times and the lack of communication between her and her customers sucks. Shipping is horrible considering the fact I live in the city in which the hair is being shipped from. This will be my last time purchasing even though the hair is good. The first time i ordered shipping wasn't so bad. I guess she has more customers now. Well she should hire more workers because one is not cutting it. Bring that girl kiara back. I will purchase from CKIM from now on it might cost me a few more bucks, but it's worth not having to wait and be ignored. They don't answer CALLS (rings once then goes to voice mail), EMAILS get no reply, they send the same forward TEXT 2 to 3 days to process.. 5 to 10 days to ship blah blah.., i stopped by the sign always says sorry we're closed, DM on ig gets no reply, only thing I see gets a real response is when ppl write the truth in the comment section. They never send tracking numbers the hair just shows up. Which would be ok if you didn't have to sign for it. I would like an idea of when it would be delivered, so I can be at come and won't miss the mail. If you're in no rush for hair (prom, wedding, pics, baby shower, birthday, etc) order from her. If you would like your hair in a descent amount of time and communication DON'T!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! SHE DOES NOT RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGES. IT TOOK ABOUT 15 DAYS IN ORDER TO GET MY HAIR. I SENT IT BACK FOR A REFUND BECAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET HERE I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED HAIR FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. I've been wearing virgin hair for years and never had such horrible hair and service . It took them almost 2 weeks to send the wrong hair (keep in mind I live in Montgomery and the hair was in stock , the only reason I ordered it online was because they had a sale) . I needed the hair for my birthday and ordered way in advance and I clearly asked the girl will it be here in time and was told it will. Than when it didn't come , I asked if I could pick the hair up since it was still at the shop and she responded with , it has to be ship ...which was stupid to me ! So at the end of the day I still had the pick up the right hair . I feel like all of this could have been avoided and I've currently had the hair for almost 2 months now and I literally hate it . All it does is shed and tangles . This is absolutely the worst hair I've EVER HAD !! Keep in mind I've used the products that was recommended to me by them and sealed my weft . I don't recommend this hair to any one and I refuse to waste my money again .
