It always depends on who is working, if you can figure out who to use, then you like them & can repeat with them.
Do not get your color services done here. Called and got a quote, told them what I wanted, then charged me almost double the quote and walked out with orange hair. Refused to give refund and would not let me see another technician to let them fix it. Did not listen to what I wanted at all. The only good thing about this place is that they have one person that knows what they are doing. She could tell I was not happy and as soon as she walked in the next day to see me back she immediately took over. If she ever moves, I'll go to her new salon but until then I'm sorry I cannot give Supercuts any more of my money.
