Made a reservation for 12:30 with 4 girls all getting manicures and one friend was taken care of right away. After 40 min pass by then finally a nail tech came by and asked what we wanted. By that point friend was almost done with hers. Had about 5 min left. Told lady we were not going to be getting anything done that it has taken too long and we had made an appointment for a reason. She was extremely rude and just walked off. No apology what so ever. I will never be back to this facility. Both times have been bad experience.
I have gone back since my last review and the staff is so much friendlier. They completely renovated and it's so gorgeous and relaxing in there.
Royal Nails is the cleanest nail salon in Montgomery. They also have the largest nail polish selection around. I love the staff and have been a loyal customer for over a year.

I've been a regular customer for two years, and I love this salon! I've tried all the others in the area, but I keep coming back to Royal Nails. "Lucky" is no longer on the staff, but I always thought his work was very good and was never rude in my presence. The salon used to be very small, but a few months ago, they were able to acquire the space next door and open the salon up to a very large facility! The music is relaxing, there is no loud television to distract you from the experience. I have made warm friendships with some of the ladies there; they work hard to give excellent customer service. Sometimes, it is busy, but if you make a reservation or go at a time when it is not too busy, you should receive absolutely fantastic service! I have used all of the technicians, but recently, I tried a new one named "Tee." He was very professional, and I love his work! You won't go wrong with trying Royal Nails.
