Excellent customer service!!
I am new to the area and seen their great ratings and decided to give them a try. I walked in and was not greeted, then sat while individuals that came in after me were sat first despite them not having an appointment. I had to ask how long the wait was to be acknowledged and sat after about 20 minutes of waiting. The technician was polite and did an ok job on my nails but overall the service was very poor.
It was good! Full set was about 45 min with gel polish. Done completetly correct. My nails don't have all of that extra unnecessary acrylic sitting on top of my nail. It's great on my end. I went on a Monday.
