I'm only giving this rating a 1 star because ZERO stars is not acceptable. Worst experience ever! I ordered an arrangement for $29.99 on their website, plus a $10 delivery fee and tax. I then received a phone call from the business telling me that '$29.99 is too low of an amount for delivery...can I do better and pay more?'. No! I will not pay more. After telling them I paid a $10 delivery fee, I was informed 'the website prices are wrong'. Well, that's not my problem. I ordered what you had advertised. I told them I wanted my money back. All of a sudden they decided they could make the arrangement for the amount I had already paid. When I asked if the arrangement would look like the picture online, the caller then stated, "what did it look like?' What do you mean what did it look like?! It was ordered from YOUR website. You should already know what the arrangement looks like based on the description. She then found the order and read the flower description off to me. When I stated it needed to be arranged in a vase with a ribbon on it, as described online, she asked what kind of vase? Are you kidding me? A clear, glass vase. 'Do you mean a vase for 1 or 2 roses?' No! A vase for an arrangement 17 inches tall and 14 inches wide as described on your website! She then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't sure if they had a vase like that. At that point, I told her never mind, I wanted a refund and confirmation of a refund. She said she would need help with figuring out how to refund my purchase since it was made on their website. I told her that was fine, figure it out, and send me confirmation as per my email address listed on the website order. She then asked me for my number. You just called me on my phone number! Done. Done. Done. Moral of the story...NEVER do business with Jean the Florist. They have no idea what is listed on their website for ordering, the website prices supposedly are 'wrong' and they will call you and ask you to pay more money, and they have no idea what the arrangements on their website look like.
Ordered for my sister who had twins early am, didn't receive notification of cancelation untill after 3. Tried calling and they didn't answer and their mail box is full. Do not order from their website use another florist.
Don't! I see it all the time but they deserve 0 stars. These guys completely ruined my Valentine's gift. Paid almost $100 for a beautiful assortment, paid extra for the "better" package, $25 delivery fee and they show up with 2 roses and some grass they dug out of their back yard. I have never been so disappointed. These guys should be out of business. Seriously! Stay away!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was given the run around 3 different times and was told to contact several different people just to get a simple question answered. And after all of that the flowers I ordered were never delivered! I love to support local businesses, but I will never ever order through this company again.
I had a terrible experience with Jean the Florist. I ordered flowers for my mother online for mother's day and they were NEVER DELIVERED. I called the only number listed for Jean the Florist 5 times and no one answered and their voicemail box wasn't set up, so I couldn't leave a message. I ended up texting that number asking them to call me since the flowers were not delivered. I never received a phone call back, but I did receive a refund in my bank account that day from them. The whole experience was weird. I would have appreciated an apology and a call letting me know that they refunded my account.
