I know that they over schedule everything, but Dr Thornbury "FIXED" my foot problem. I feel the wait us worth the cure.
My dads appointment time was 10:50 its now 1:10 and we are still in the waiting room. This happens everytime we come here. My dad is in a wheel chair and has diabetes these people way over schedule. I mean i can understand a 20 minute wait but this is iinsanely rediculose. This place SUCKS BIG TIME
Take a child in with a minor fracture- . The Dr. wasnt rude, but he wasnt exactly outgoing and nice either. When we get a bill- they are billing us per "possible" fracture. We didnt get a cast- we were in the office less than an hour- the amount we were billed for 3 mins with a Dr and 10 mins with other staff works out to about $4800.00 per hour. When I called to inquire and, crack the code on my bill- I was told exactly "they are billing per fracture". Strange, all the fractures were in the same 2 inches and there was no "treatment" other than saying come back in a few weeks (so we can bill you again).I also got a letter notifying me that collection would be started if we didnt pay or call the office. I got this letter BEFORE the due date from the first statement. I would NOT recommend going to this office unless you are WELL insured. Terrible experience. Dr's have to make a living- but making it by overcharging for simple treatment & then not being able to give a reasonable explanation... Bad way to do buisness
I went to see Dr. Thornberry about a month ago and i to thought he wasnt rude but he could have a bit more friendly. Especially being my first time there. He was a bit non shalunt and to top it off he cudnt even explain why my arch was hurting. He kept saying i dont know i dont know. I was recommended by my Dr. from Georgiana so i drove all the way from Georgiana to Montgomery. He took a shot a perscribing some antiinflamatory medicine and said come back in 2 weeks. Needless to say i havent been back. I told my husband i dont need to drive a hour away and pay someone to tell me (i dont know). Ijs
