The front desk staff are rude and lazy. Beware the "required" new patient chest x-ray, as most insurers won't pay for an x-ray without cause.
The office also bills for other dubious services that insurance doesn't cover.
After many 20 yrs of service he kicked me out of the office due to me getting in-house pharmacy fix an error he made on a pascription because he refused to listen to what I was saying.
My 91 year old mother is continually being left waiting in the waiting room when she has an appointment. Sometimes up to 3 hours. We are currently looking for another Dr. This is just wrong to keep an old lady who's sick waiting! Hope this is helpful!
While the doctors are friendly, the office staff is rude and unprofessional. They were supposed to send my friend a new patient package in August and it is December. I just called to check on it and all the lady (Linda, the worst one) said was "hold on" and put me on hold for 5 minutes! Dr. Sargeant and Dr. Porter deserves better and should hire new office people! These people are so rude and disgusting! After having him as my Dr. For 2 years, i'm leaving!
