Set up an appointment over a month ago to see Dr. Pou. The receptionist verified my insurance information over the phone saying that they accepted it and when I arrived they said that they didnt take my type of insurance. This is a case where the receptionist who was scheduling the appointment originally didn't ask the proper questions in regards to insurance. This is unacceptabel and unprofessional on their part and I would not reccomend anyone to this practice.
