Love this place. They call back within good timing. Dr. McCain Jr delivered both of my babies and he is great. Wouldn't trade him for the world.
So fortunate to have had Dr. Newman for my maternity care! He is a great doctor! Very intelligent, very kind. My care was tailored to my specific needs. I was always treated as an individual. He always took plenty of time - I never felt rushed. I hope everyone can have such a great experience! His nurse was friendly and helpful! The staff was pleasant. My calls were returned in a timely manner, some quicker than others depending on the matter at hand. I truly believe this would not have gone as well without Dr. Newman!!
If I could give no stars I would. They have no back up plan when it comes to the doctors having to leave for surgery or delivery. They canceled my appointment while I am sitting in the waiting room. I asked if I could be seen by someone else they refused even after I said I didn't mind being last on the list. All I needed was an annual PAP Smear. Additionally, when the girl at the front informed me of what happened she laughed in a snooty way when I explained that I had to take off work in order to come. If this is not bad enough, she scheduled me on the wrong Monday and when I called the next day to reschedule they wouldn't answer their phone! I had to leave 6 voicemails and still never got a call back. By this point I was fed up and sent them an email to the address they have on their website which was OF COURSE not a real email address. So I left a final voice mail stating to cancel me as a patient and only after that, I get a call 5 minutes later. She was curt and rude and made no apologies to the awful and terrible customer service I was given. Their front desk is awful and they are losing so much business because of a lazy medical staff. I decided to go to OBGYN and Associates. They answered on the first ring and had an appointment for the day I needed all under 5 minutes. I will never return to this horrible office. BEWARE!
