Regular staff very friendly. But when in exam room with the doctor she made me feel rushed as if I was holding up her day. Over all very disgruntled attitude perceived from. Dr. Susan Aguiar.
Had an appointment for my husband with Dr. Aguiar. Not a good experience. After the very rude nurse stated in a very nasty tone to my husband that “If you’re just here because you’re choosing not to listen, that’s NOT our problem and we can’t and won’t help you.” If he was choosing not hear, we would not be wasting our time in that office. To insinuate for whatever reason that the patient is lying, or making it up is OUTRAGEOUS. We then heard the nurse and doctor discussing him very loudly in the hallway and what was being said was NOT things that you should want the patient or other patients to hear. So strikes one and two, then when the doctor came in, we felt very rushed, didn’t look at his ears to see the scarring on his eardrum until I pushed it, and then gave us a very cookie cutter, one off, rushed answer. Extremely unimpressed with not only the professionalism in the office but their ability to make a patient feel listened to and respected. We will be seeking another doctor.
Terrible experience. After 65 minutes of waiting and still not seeing the doctor I decided to leave (this was after I was put in an examining room with a rude nurse). This was Dr. Chandler's office. The staff was friendly and nice but they had no respect for people's time. I asked a girl in the waiting room if it was always like this and she said yes and that last time she waited 2 hours. I don't know about every body else but I do not have that kind of time. I told them we would not be able to do business together and not to bill me or my insurance.
DO NOT MAKE an appt with Dr. Susan Aguiar, She doesnt listen to you or provide you with enough information regarding your hearing, because she is to busy rushing to through. I had two appt, one in the morning and second in the afternoon both time she was rushing like she was behind. And I over hear her talking to her staff about patient and how she was done with the situation, all while waiting to be seen, by her. The wait time is unbelievable. I think am going to call around for second opinion.
My experience here was excellent. Was given an appointment with ease and did not wait too long when I arrived. The facility is very clean and airy, and staff is amazing. The doctor made me feel at ease. Great place to go.
