My first experience with Montgomery Import center will definitely be my last. They had my car for about 2 months. In that time my insurance company and I were constantly calling for a price quote for the repairs needed. Everytime I called he stated he was busy, but would call by the end of the day. My insurance company said they were calling him everyday about the quote, and could not get him to do his part on his end. Finally out frustration my insurance went and picked up my vehicle from his establishment. He charged them a $500+ storage fee that I now have to pay even though he had did nothing and costed me time, because I could of took it to someone else from the beginning. Then not only could I have gotten my vehicle back sooner, this 500 charity fee could have went to a true professional shop where it could have been actually applied to repairs of my vehicle! NEVER AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
