Can't believe these reviews probably used their own employees.
Very rude, unreliable. When they asked for a insurance card, explained geico goes by phone application card so I will have to send them through email. Lady at desk lies they have no email address and then other employee says they do. Very lazy , pethathic, rude people. Manager only makes excuses.
I wish I read the review below before bringing my car to this company. As he said the same thing happened to me. The car frame dent was made during their service and they tried to fix it by applying similar but different color paint on the area and did not tell us until we noticed it. We took the photo before service so we can definitely tell it was not there before. Other than that there were several scratches left on body, stains inside, glass pieces inside, misalignment of the window installation.
Just left there and they were the only place cheaper than my deductible. About $130 cheaper than anywhere else around. Customer service was great and I was done in about an hour.
Poor quality poor customer service.
I showed the manager and he said he will have his higher boss to call me and I could not hear from him at all after my several attempts to reach him by calling the store so many times.
I have used this company many times before and I regret to say it will never happen again. I drove 40 miles and passed other automotive glass companies to be treated with disrespectful and rude behavior. The only positive thing is a phone call with Bob I had. I assume he is the owner or manager. He was very nice and helpful to try and help me with my situation. However, the staff inside of the store is a different story. The receptionist seemed very stressed and agitated. She couldn't help me but she did go get a "window technician". This is where it really went downhill. After 10 minutes he came into the front of the store. His body language clearly showed a bad attitude from the time he walked in. I told him what Bob suggested to do to get it fixed. He said that I was wrong and would not even look at my window. He was very rude when he insisted that he has been "in this business for 20 years" and didnt care if I took my business elsewhere. Suggestion: If you only care about cheap this might be the route for you. (They claim to have low price guarantee). If you enjoy rude customer service this might be the place for you. I will however take the window installer's advice and suggest to everyone to spend their money elsewhere.
Auto Glass now did a superb job I would not go anyway else to get my window fix.
Also work done on the window is terrible.
