Oh and they exceeded all expectations in the flawless installation of my new muffler, which sounds Awesome! I'm definitely looking forward to becoming a regular customer. I do appreciate your response, and I understand that diagnostics are not free, but that was NOT explained ahead of time. You should not tell people you are going to charge for diagnostics at the end when they are picking up the vehicle.
The price that was quoted was well within the price I had to pay when I picked my vehicle. Overall, great experience.
The people here are awesome! I had a tires change and I was amazed of the low price. I'm so glad I went over there and they tell you upfront of how much it cost to fix. I'm going back with them again to have my valve fix. I will not go to anywhere else. The customer service are awesome!
Unlike what their website says, inspections are NOT free unless you are specifically getting exhaust work done. $70 charge just to say that we need new battery. Need to be more upfront/honest about total cost.

These guys are great. Came in today for an Alternator swap and was strapped for money after buying the part. Travis took time to see if they could give me a better price on the part. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave me a fair price for labor. I will definitely be back for more business.
