We passed through on a drive from New Orleans to Atlanta and found this restaurant to be on par with either of those foodie cities! The restaurant feels homely and very high-end. The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly. The cocktails were excellent.
We will definitely return here at the first chance we get!
Funny story: my credit card was declined, but the waiter returned it discretely to me with a fake receipt informing me of this. When I replaced the card with a different one, he pretended that he had simply forgot to run it the first time! This sure would save some embarrassment on a first date or business meeting!
Intimate but light atmosphere. The food was great and enough to split. Oh, and great martinis!
What a fantastic restaurant! Came here for dinner and came back for brunch the next day. My compatriots got perfectly prepared wagyu steak that was delectable. I got a whole local red snapper that was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The bartender is a wizard with drinks as well. And brunch the next day, the chicken and waffles, oh man, the chicken is perfectly crispy yet juicy inside, and the waffle is big and fluffy. $3 mimosas ain't bad either. The desserts are to due for as well. Really enjoyed eating here!
We had an amazing meal here! Great service from J.R. Our meals were cooked to perfection by Chef Rivera. Certainly recommend Vintage Year to anyone in the area or passing through.
I ordered the snapper, which was excellent...spicy but not over powering. I tasted the venison and the duck, both of which were delightful. Wines by the glass are a bit pricey. I stayed with Jack and Ginger. We were a large group-- 20+ -- and every order was delivered to the table correctly and to the right person. We did end up getting our drinks from the bar, but we were adjacent to the bar and it made it a little easier and quicker to manage the flow that way, as we stayed for quite a while talking. It was the first night of our 35th class reunion weekend and it could not have been a better night.
