Friendly and very polite service. Quite refreshing! Food was good as usual. Will visit again when we are in town.
This is an amazing place to eat. As most other people on here point out though it is just horribly managed. If you want the amazing experience and food over look this location and drive the little extra distance to the one downtown they rock it. Please don't make this location your first mellow experience. You will be let down.

Understaffed on a Saturday afternoon with tournament in town. Went back at night with assurances that there would be no problem for group of 12 as full staff was in place. Two of the six parties in the group didn't get food until after others were finished eating.
Very good. fresh avocado on the hoagie, and great service. They support local the brewery in their area. The spinach dip was so AWESOME.
