To the new owner: If this is the best your store can offer then I will spend my money elsewhere (I was coming in to buy miniatures). My hope was that you would be able to turn Visions around but it appears that when you aren't there the staff will do what it wants. Even if you gave permission to close early due to lack of customers a walk-in, even a 'last minute' one should have your staff acting accordingly.
Trash environment for children and adults alike. It’s as if no one who shops or works there knows the definition of “shower”.
They often seem bothered by having to go to the counter to check you out or answer questions. Not always, but again, they should happily answer questions and should be falling over themselves to make a sale. This is not always the case.
Amazing staff and atmosphere, easy to find and get into as well. If you are looking for a place to hang out and check out game options this should be your first stop.

What triggered this review is the fact that Visions advertised being open until midnight on Black Friday (it's still on the site as I write this, in fact). I walked in about 10 minutes after eleven and was told they closed at 11pm. The 'Open' sign was still on with TWO customers plus the clerk still inside.
I've never written and online review until now. Like many others have noted in their reviews the customer service is rather lackluster. I won't say that the staff never greets me upon entering as they do more often than not...but they should greet customers every time.
But honestly, I don't know why I should have expected anything to be different. Visions has been doing this for years and last night was not the first time they've closed early. I won't be back.
Under new ownership, Visions has really transformed into Nerd-vana. Check them out!!
In the past the bathrooms have been disgusting. I know people who would rather leave Visions, walk to a nearby store and use theirs. I know one person who actually brings HIS OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES to clean the toilet before using it.
