Just when you've given up on kindness, honesty, humility and plain old GOODNESS, along cones Katheryn and Shannon (and a great on site maintenance manager). They tell you ALL THE RULES UP FRONT in such a nice way. No sneaky mess to try to beat you out of one cent. Always so nice and I feel thay my belomgings are safe. Moving is stressful but these people make EVERYTHING so much easier. I haven't dealt with such sweethearts and customer services like this in a long time. I had problems paying my bill on line and Shannon took excellent care of me. One day I forgot my wallet and was almost out of gas and the sweet maintenance man loaned me $$$ to get gas with. These people MAKE ME HAPPY. All of your storage needs will be met. Thanks Maxwell Mini Storeage staff!
My husband and I took a tour of Maxwell Mini Storage and were very impressed with the way this place is run. There were plenty of great storage units of various sizes, excellent security, easily accessible, convenient and the office staff (Kathryn) were super friendly. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I toured this self storage facility last week and was very impressed with the large selection of storage units. Kathryn Fletcher (manager) and her staff were very professional and attentive. Kathryn patiently listened to my questions and thoroughly explained all of their moving and storage services, amenities and prices. Maxwell Mini Storage is in a great location and very easy to find, literally a stone's throw across the street from Maxwell Air Force Base. Just look for the "wise" owl on the BIG blue & yellow sign!
