I decided to get a quote from 2 companies to fix a leak in my roof. The first company who is well respected in the Montgomery community visually looked at an area from my back yard and identified the leak from there...or what he thought where the leak was. He quoted me a substantial amount and explained all that would be required to fix it and may find more areas that need replacing so the price could increase from the original quote. I then asked Trotman Brothers Roofing to come onsite and give me their thoughts. Not only did we get a water hose and identify where the leak was, but also that it was coming from a different area. It turns out that it was a nail pop that allowed water to seep through causing the leak. We then walked the roof to pin point other areas that could potentially cause problems.

They saved me over $2000 dollars to fix a leak where the other contractor was wrongly confirmed that my problem was in a different area and planned to do more extensive work that did not need to be done. They are honest, they show you exactly where the problem is, and go above what is necessary to ensure the home owner is satisfied with their work. I would give them 10 stars if I could but could only give 5. Call them, setup and appointment. You will not be disappointed and you will be thankful that they were the ones who did the roof work on your home.
