Capitol City replaced our roof 10 years ago and ever since it has leaked. After paying $14,000 10 years ago, we are now paying another $13,000 to have the damaged section replaced by a more knowledable company. Apparently it is known not to shingle a flat roof and that's exactly what they did. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
