PROs: Facility is nice and clean. The children really had a blast. Some of the adults may have had more fun than the children! The timing is just right for play and then eating.
This place was awesome. We had my son's fifth birthday party here. The staff was awesome and it was well worth the time and money spent.
Fun time = 4 stars, staff = 2 stars. My kids always have a great time here! Gets the energy out and I can relax for a little bit. We went to open jump this past Saturday (Oct 7, 2017) from 12:30 to 2pm. Kids had a great time! We, on the other hand, were disappointed. Upon arrival, the staff was eating at the front desk and one had her feet propped up on the desk! No staff came into the jump room until 1:55 and screamed "open jump is now over." What happened to the other 5 minutes that we paid for????
Just had a birthday party here today. We've heard so many great things about the location, as it's a very popular place to have a party. I was sad we didn't leave with warm and fuzzies from our experience.
CONs: The customer sevice was not worth the near $500 we forked over to have this event. I was overwhelmingly disappointed in the service of the staff. The young ladies who worked our party were just shy of being openly rude. I think one managed to work the event without cracking a smile! All the parents noticed to the point that it became part of our conversations during the party. I don't think any will be taking their children back in the future. I did speak with the owner/management, who apologized on their behalf. Luckily, our children are mostly too young to have picked up on the mood of the workers. I recommend the owner take the Chik-fil-a approach in hiring going forward.

Went to a party here today and It wasn't worth the money to go. All the staff are sitting on the counter top at the front desk braiding hair. No staff was in the jumping area still almost the end of the party and took pictures. No staff was in there to make sure no one was getting hurt. Will not recommended anyone to have a party at pump it up. I had my son's birthday party here 3 years ago and it was awesome. Don't know what happen.
