After working with an out of state company it was great to have local support that will answer the phone and help us anytime we need it. The site is extremely easy to update and they saved us a significant amount per month by making the switch! We were even able to take our people to their "training lab" so they could learn from the Productive IT people themselves about how it works. The best we could get from our old company was a hundred dollar an hour conference call.

I have had nothing but complete support from Productive IT. Our website is wonderful, and with their help i have really been able to navagate around it. THe cost is expensive only if you continue to let them do it for you, which is explained during the training. Any questions are answered are free and extremely detailed. I would and have recommended them to others.
