Several friends recommended Rachel and good reason, she is absolutely wonderful to our Izzy girl. My wife and I were terrified of stories about groomer's but Rachel put us at ease. I recommend this place and Rachel 100%.
The groomer Julie is not taking responsibility for the fact she lied to me, and I quote, "I am the one who usually grooms him" about being my dog's groomer, which is why she couldn't complete him because he is a difficult personality. He is matted and is always matted when he gets groomed, this is the only groomer to give him back to me not finished. In response she insulted me as a pet owner and assaulted my financial status. Whether I can afford to take him to a vet and have him sedated for grooming is no one's business and is not an option at the mention from a groomer. She couldn't groom my dog because she is not his usual groomer. When did lying to customers become common practice? I have since located his groomer through Facebook and she will be picking him up next week. I had friends that were taking their dogs here on my recommendation. I can no longer recommend this salon because apparently it's alright to lie to clients
We really enjoy the service and professionalism at Groomin Tails. Our little yorkiepoo always looks perfect in her puppy cut.
Staff was nice and the dogs came back with extremely soft fur, their nails were trimmed and ears were noticeably cleaner but they came back with fleas.
