Just bought a new house and there was obviously an obstruction in the sewer line -- toilets not flushing properly and shower draining slowly. Called Mr. Ritter and he was out the next morning, even though it wasn't an urgent emergency. He had water flowing through the drains very quickly. Fair pricing and a pleasant attitude made for an overall very positive experience
