We were faced with total replacement of our copper throughout the house due to pin holes popping up everywhere. We researched several options and finally decided to choose Cole for their spray in liner system which saved us from having to tear out and replace sheetrock in our home. Russell and the guys (even Mr. Cole's son) did an outstanding job and I'd recommend them to anyone.
Like many of the other reviewers here, I called Cole. I had a kitchen faucet I needed installed. The lady on the phone told me it would be a $59 service charge whether work was done or not. I live in a rural area, so I didn't say anything. When they guy got there, he was VERY courteous and he was right on time. I will give them that. He looked at what I wanted done. The kitchen faucet (with all the parts), and a the repair of a leaky tub faucet. I had to sign something saying I would pay the service charge before I could even get a quote. To install the kitchen faucet, they wanted $484!!! Remember, I already had everything there to do the work, minus the tools. To fix the leaky tub faucet, it was going to be another $350!!! So, yeah. For about an hour or so of labor, we're talking nearly $900!!! I kindly thanked him for coming out and told him we could call if we needed anything else. I gave him the $59 and escorted him to the door. My wife and I wound up installing the kitchen faucet later. It took about an hour. We had to read the instructions. I'm thinking it would have taken the plumber about half that time, since he had tools and knowledge that we didn't have. The tub is still leaky, but for $350, we can live with it until a rich uncle dies or something! Cole should really re-evaluate it's prices. I would have given them one star if the representative that came to the house was not so nice.
The service from Cole Plumbing was great. The receptionist let me know that they would try to work me in yesterday and they were able too. The crew that came to the house were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The cost was fair considering they came the same day. I will certainly use them again!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The contact person was extremely rude when I asked for more information. Raised her voice at me and proceeded to belittle me for asking questions about the work I am needing done.
I just called their "emergency line" multiple times due to a leak. The man finally answered, didn't let me speak, yelled at me for calling him, and told me no matter what he would not be coming to my house tonight because he needed to sleep. Then he hung up. We have used Cole Plumbing in the past and have liked them, but we will not use them again.
