As soon as I got my new ring, one of the 3 main diamonds fell out.
They have the worst customer service ever had to wait damn near 30 mins just to be seen and then when they did they told me to hold for another 39 mins smh.
When I called, the manager refused to replace the ring. They were nasty and horrible on the phone; I’ve never gone through such a thing. They ruined my ring and refused angrily to fix it.
Horrible. When sizing my engagement ring, they messed up the writing that was on the underside of the band, and a diamond chip was missing.
I will never go to Zale’s ever again, not even if I were on fire and they had water. What a joke. Nasty people; horrible merchandise. My diamonds probably aren’t even real.
Zales sent my new engagement ring off to be sized. It came back with the engraving on the inside completely rubbed off AND a diamond was missing. Sent it off again. This time, there are scratches on the band as if it were dragged across concrete, the diamond they replaced is half covered with white gold, and the engravings were re-done in big, gaudy block letters. I have never worn this ring, yet it looks worn and used and raggedy. Calling the salesperson, a lovely (sarcasm) woman named Mo, did no good. She belittled me and ranted that I was "so frantic!" to get the ring sized -- which was not my concern. No, my concern is that my ring looks like garbage, that they are RUDE there, and it looks as if I will have to struggle to get a new ring after mine was messed up so terribly TWICE. DO NOT GO TO ZALES!!!
Absolute nightmare
I had to bring my DAD down there with me in person to demand a new ring. They were intimidated into doing it.
