I had a ring resized larger. It developed a spot on the shank. I returned for them to repair the rough spot. He said it was not a crack and polished it up. Here it is less than a year later and my ring is definitely broken in that same spot. He didn't want to admit he did unsatisfactory work or just wasn't in the mood. Well here it is... I DO NOT recommend him. Take your jewelry somewhere else.
