Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Immaculately clean, well-organized store with good natural and artificial lighting. They do not give a military discount at this location.
Bought the bracelet and wanted it to exchange. And they said they can't exchange it because it's been past 30 days. Okay well that's understandable but if the bracelet never been wore and i had the receipt they should have exchange it. Especially i am an old costumer there. BUT they didn't had to be rude and Especially the managers did not care for the customer. Would never shop from Pandora again. Worst service.
ive been to the eastchase location quite a few times and always had a good experience, the employees are beautiful and informative. they work quickly and are very patient even on busy days and I went when it was packed. I like the book they give to people so they can have a ideal of what they want. the only thing that I don't like is that this location does not support our countries great troops and leaves them with no military discount shame shame.
Visited store on three occasions to purchase gifts, all times staff were rude and unprofessional. Thought 3rd time would be a charm....but it wasn't!!!
My first time I went to Pandora was today. I felt like I was in a jewelry heaven. Lol. But I was greeted very well when I first walked in. They gave me a book because I was new to the store. The lady named Ashley was very nice to me. She broke everything I needed to know down. So many things to choose from. My girlfriend really wanted something from Pandora. They're expensive but it's worth it. They will definitely be seeing my face a lot. Good job!!
