The manager in the one is east dale mall and teresa are so much more patient with my mom. I won't be going back to the one in Eastchase, and I definitely won't let my mother go back to be mistreated.
Very unfortunate that the young lady employee at work on the evening of Dec 29 was rude to my mother. Mother is older and does not deserve to be treated that way. She asked to return a necklace she bought twice on her kay card and the woman was actually rolling her eyes and and being childish.
Really great location and the sales people are really nice and helpful. I highly recommend coming to this one.
