Well my experience Sucked! I got put on hold and had to listen to her conversation with another customer, then she disappeared! I called back repeatedly but got No Answer....I'm still calling!!! Sears Sucks!!!!!
They rescheduled our appointment 3 times, ongoing three and half weeks. The second time they sent someone unqualified to do the job and technician lied saying someone would come the same day of the second appointment. My father is diabetic and needs his fridge to keep insulin cold. I was hung up on and disrespected by a so called supervisor. No wonder they are going out of business all over the place. Piss poor customer service. My fathers health is at risk and these people don’t care. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC and the state AG. They shouldn’t even earn one star.
I had the exact same thing happen to me. Called, put on hold by a lady, she lays the phone down and I listen to her yak and yak and laugh with people, lots of shuffling around and talking, and was on hold listening to all of that for 10 minutes. Ridiculous.
