Our experience at Carol Carpet was wonderful. My family and I are very please with the out come of our flooring. Kellie Reese was my sale rep and she was so welcoming and helpful. Her crew was thorough and sufficient. I was told it would take 2 to 3 days to complete the job, it took only 1 day. How great was that especially since it was close to the holidays and I needed the floors done before Christmas. Job well done!!. Thanks Kellie.
Les Chamblee was most helpful & patient with my husband and I while in the store. After we made our choice for our flooring, he was on time for the appointment for measurements. Les was very professional, yet personable while in our home. He called us when the wood & carpet arrived & followed up when the work was completed. The installers were very nice also. Les called after the work was done to see if we were not only satisfied, but to see if he could help us with anything else. We love our wood floor and the tempur-pedic padding recommended by Les. Yes indeed, Carol's carpet, we will call on you again when needed. Les Chamblee is a plus to the business in our book.
