The only reason they get 2 stars is because I do like Dr. Graves. Every time I come here, I have to wait for very long times even with an appointment. I basically have to plan to be here for 3 hours between waiting in the waiting room and waiting AGAIN in the exam room. And don't try to complain because they don't care.

I absolutely love Dr.Graves.I was going to several Doctors and back to back emergency room visits doctors that could not find what was wrong with me.Dr.Graves ran all kinds of test until he got to the bottom of it.He is a great doctor and actually listens to what is going on with his patients.
Dr Moore & his nurse Rachel are so nice and caring. Dr Moore is patient, concerned, knowledgeable, sincere, & Makes you feel like you're his only patient. He's thorough and makes sure you understand what's going on completely. I can't say enough good things about Dr Moore and Rachel & consider them to be a blessing.
I have been going to Dr. Graves for several years. I have always been treated with care and understanding. I've never had to wait very long to see Dr. And if I did I would be glad to do so. When we wait it usually means our Dr. Is busy helping someone else. That's what they do! One day any of us could be the one needing that special time. This is a caring group of Drs. Thank you all for what you do.
Worst medical practice I have seen in my entire life! They are unorganized, ineffective, and lack professionalism. Do not trust them with your medical needs. They do not have their patients' best interest at heart.
