The service was okay. The donuts have been better, but the reason for two stars was the floors were disgusting. I slipped on the greasy floors and then noticed everyone's shoes were slipping on the floors and could see the filth. Makes you wonder if this is how the front of the store looks how is the back?
Hands down the worst Dunkin franchise I've ever visited. I'm not sure why I keep giving them more chances. They constantly run out of bagels. If I want a dozen I have to call one hour ahead. But even if I go through the Drive Thru they still typically are down to 2 plain bagels and a blueberry (God forbid you want a sesame bagel). They are very slim on what they produce. I understand being conservative so good doesn't go to waste but I've never experienced a national franchise operate like this. And they get our order wrong frequently. You have to check everything once you receive it at the drive thru window. It's so disappointing.
Great coffee. But food and donuts are saggy and cold.. Customer service sux as well in the way..

Great customer service, great location. We always have a good experience when we visit. Here over the past week the cream cheese on the bagels has tasted different. It isn't as good as it used to be and it almost tastes like it is picking up other flavors of items. I don't know if the brand has changed but it's not good.
