I took my dog to Pet Smart for a bath- repeat just a bath. And they called to tell me how much my dog hated it and asked me not to bring her back. Just for some perspective, our normal groomer has 20 years of experience and insists that my dog is the easiest dog she's ever groomed. They are clearly inexperienced and untrained. The inside of her ears were also full of water when I picked her up, so I imagine her visit was quite uncomfortable.
Nasty attitude look right in your face if they feel like stopping there conversation to speak they will if not you are invisible I would rather go to Petco then here tried them twice nasty attitude customer service they act like they are lost anybody I know I will tell them don’t go there go to Petco where you are greeted with smiling faces and great attitude
