I have had a dreadful experience every time I've had to visit. If there's a way for them to overcharge you, they will find it. $20 pickup fees for boarding? They tell ya something will cost $135, you go there next week and its now $150. McLemore is the worst of them all.
What a wonderful clinic! We adopted a dog after moving to Montgomery, and this clinic partners with the Montgomery Humane Society to allow newly-adopted pets to get their first exam for free. We brought our cat in at the same time and they threw the cat's first exam in for free, too!! The vets take time to personally call us with updates and thoroughly discuss our options, and fully acknowledge that vet bills can get expensive and are willing to work with you to make sure your pet is cared for without taking you to the cleaners. Dr. Armstrong and Dr. Williford (no relation) are both wonderful.
Called an let them know importance of visit it was late afternoon they took care of situation very carring, not expensive, very professional no long wait.
We left Florida because of hurricane, took this route to Chattanooga to miss traffic, my two dogs were sick the entire drive, diarrhea and vomiting, 12 hours by this time of constant diarrhea and vomiting from one med size dog and one very large dog, Not A Fun trip so far. I googled vets in the area and found these guys, I truly can't say enough good about them, they took us right in on a moment's notice and got everything taken care of, I was at my wit's end, thank you thank you thank you for your help and your kindness, if I lived in the area I would definitely use these guys
Passing through & my dog had a weird rash I was concerned with. Explained the situation & they worked with me to get my dog in & treated! All of my questions were answered & I was given options for treatment! Loved This place! If I’m ever even close & my dog is in need of a Vet, this is where we are coming!
