You can sense the end may be near. I walked around for the first time in years, before Thanksgiving... Decorations are up for Christmas. Santa was sitting in his chair with no children waiting to visit him. Some stores have closed. Some have been replaced by storefronts that have very little appeal or make little sense. Traffic was light.
Very beautiful and organized well. Many sit in food places also take out! Shops are cute. Easy to navigate with maps located near every entrance!
Lots of empty stores, most all the major chains are gone. It has been a couple of years since i last visited the mall, and wow.. I have been going to this mall for the better part of 40 years, and for the first time I did not feel safe. This mall has gone the way Montgomery Mall did 20 years ago, the criminal class has almost taken over. Goodbye Eastdale.
If it been years since you've been, go back. But it's not the same and who knows how long it'll be there.
I do remember when it was great to go to eastdale mall. But now, it a shell of itself. It's sad.
A very popular mall. Some stores are closing, but new ones are arriving. There is always something interesting for everyone.
I love shopping here. It has some of my favorite shops and the people are always friendly. You can usually find good deals too.
