very educational but very strict. push your kids to be their best which is great. they also have alot of fun stuff.

Overall Baldwin was a great school to attend. Me being a current BTW(Booker T. Washington) student, I see that Baldwin has really prepared me for high school.

Overall - This school just needs a makeover.

I think that Baldwin is amazing, the teachers are really preparing me for high school, and I love the art program

It is a great school and i think if your child wants to go to a magnet school then they should go there.

My experience at Baldwin was amazing! The teachers were happy to teach and always challenging us with new things. The only two things I disliked about Baldwin would be some of the students and the dress code. While the teachers were amazing, some of the students did not appreciate and understand how lucky they were to be at Baldwin. They goofed off and bullied others because it was "fun". The dress code, in my and many others opinion, was very strict. You had to wear a jacket was a full color (no stripes, logos, etc) and had to be either purple, black, white, or gray. I had multiple jackets and sweaters to wear but none wear in dress code. I thought it was uncalled for to put heavy restrictions on outerwear. I can understand saying no to things that had negative logos or words but something as simple as a jacket with an american eagle logo on it should be allowed.

I'm currently a student in 7th grade. The school itself is fun; the teachers are nice, and offer a challenge. The students, however are mean. The dress code is strict. The school is old and run-down. Paint is falling off in nearly every classroom. The lockers are small, and you have to shove your stuff in there. The lockers jam a lot as well. The lunches are often slightly undercooked or burned. The bright side is you initially start school at 7:12 A.M. - school ends at 2:15 A.M. (or earlier).
