I was involved in a traffic accident and they did not take the time to really investigate it. They were more interested in getting it cleaned up and out of the way. Their motto surely isn't "To serve and protect"!!
I phoned the 320 N Ripley location today for assistance. I not only received excellent customer service but the voice over the phone was pleasant and actively responsive. Ms. McKinney, with the Dept of Communications is a treasure and an excellent first impression for your whole organization.
This is the worst police department I have ever seen. 3rd call finally they show up. Take no action when I told them 2 strange cars and people are right in front of our place blocking the drive way. Takes years for them to pull up. Lazy, slow.
My experience was a nightmare! I serious believe there is a lack of qualified applicants because the young lady who helped me today should be working in the flea market. If not the flea market possibly at Freak Nik selling t-shirts.
Officer Beaman is lazy in my opinion. Did a police report on my daughter's accident but the genius put me as the driver. Took him over a week and a half to contact me after I had left him a message. Oh his excuse for not calling me back was he works one day off 4 days. Really!! Once we had spoken about the incorrect report, he said that he'll get it corrected. Well, needless to say, he did not call me to let me know what was going on with the report. Now keep this in mind, her accident was on April 17th 2017 on the Eastern Blvd Montgomery Al. I picked it up on that Friday which was April 21st. I called MPC on April 23rd. He did call me on April 27th which was the only time he had the decency to respond. I was mad so I did call him again on May 3rd. He told me to have my insurance company request a copy. I told him that this was not good enough. He responded that the was going to put it in the mail the next day which was May the 4th. Again, Needless to say , I have not received any report from MPC nor have I heard from Officer Genius. Why am I having to jump through hoops to get the report to it's owner who is Tonya. Wonder what he does when he is on the street. Y'all better beware of the FINISHER. HE
