Never return phone calls.. I had to always call just to get updates on my son's case. We paid her for an appeal and she never let us know what was going on. I had to email several email addresses at a time to get a message across, and even if I got a response It was weeks later. It was months later before we ever got information on the appeals, and that was finding out on our own.
